Terms of Use

Last updated: October 20, 2026 · Website edition

Simple ground rules for using our website and learning about our upcoming games.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use cover the Tapgama publisher website, including the version intended for tapgama.com. Tapgama is a gaming publishing brand operating in the United States. Contact us at hello@tapgama.com.

Please read these terms before using the website. They describe the conditions on which we make its content available, to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. They do not replace any rights you have under mandatory law.

2. Coming-soon games

The website currently introduces our publishing brand and a game concept. “Wordwise” is a working title. Artwork and descriptions are illustrative and may change. A “coming soon” label is not a promise of a release date, particular feature, store approval, or availability in any country.

The App Store and Google Play labels describe intended platforms. They are not download links, endorsements, or statements that the game is available. This website does not accept preorders or payments. Any released game will have applicable game terms, privacy information, and store conditions provided separately.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the website and download or print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial reference. You may share links to the website. These permissions do not grant ownership of our content or a right to use our branding as your own.

Please do not:

4. Intellectual property

The website’s original text, design, logo, and artwork belong to Tapgama or the relevant rights holders and are protected where applicable by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, including Apple, App Store, Google, and Google Play, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, email us with the relevant page, a description of your rights and concern, and contact details so we can review it.

5. Messages and third-party services

Contact links open your email application. You are responsible for the content you send and should not send confidential business proposals, sensitive personal information, or third-party material you are not entitled to share. Sending a message does not transfer ownership of your material to us or create a publishing agreement.

Any external website, app store, or email service is operated under its own terms. We do not control third-party services. Our handling of personal information in connection with this website is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct content or change or suspend the website for maintenance, security, or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the website will be free from every error.

This is a general informational website. Descriptions of puzzles and brain games are entertainment descriptions, not medical advice or guarantees of cognitive improvement.

7. Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without additional promises about its suitability for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for how you use general information on the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties, or remedies. Any responsibility for loss will be determined under applicable law.

8. Questions and disputes

Please contact hello@tapgama.com first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it. Doing so is optional and does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim within the time allowed by law.

These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or impose an exclusive court location. Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction will be determined by the rules that apply to the dispute, including mandatory protections in your place of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the website, legal requirements, or our business. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate, and any agreement required by law will be obtained. Revisions apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not by itself waive the right to enforce it later.
